Perfect roti machine for working couples

First we were hesitant to buy this machine with all the online feedbacks and showing thick roti’s but with quick response and sales team support, we took the risk and bought this machine.

We have been using this machine for 2 months now and are enjoying freshly made roti’s. We have also made Puri’s and they were all consistent. We would 100% recommend this product specifically for all working couples.

Excellent online video call troubleshooting

I was on a video call with Rotimatic support specialist by the name Nuzhat. I am extremely satisfied with her expertise on resolving our problems. She answered all our questions and helped troubleshooting the problems we had with the dough quality. Somehow it was clogged and enough water wasn’t dispensing. She stayed with us till it started working properly and remotely adjusted settings to make rotis the way we like.

Great machine

I saw this in operation at a friend's house and was immediately interested. Now I have my own and am very impressed with it's operation. It is actually fascinating watching the process (that's how new it is to me) I have only made a few rotis, but they were very tasty, well cooked and thoroughly enjoyed by my family!

Do Rotimatic rotis taste like homemade ones?

Yes. Rotis made in Rotimatic taste very close to hand-made rotis — soft, fresh, and puffed. Many customers say they prefer the consistency and hygiene.

Can I adjust roast level, thickness, or oil?

It automatically detects the flour type (from a wide range of supported brands) and allows you to customize key settings:

• Oil: Choose how much (or how little) oil to use - or skip it altogether.

How soft and thin are the rotis made by Rotimatic?

Some first-time users think the rotis look “bun-like” because they come out already puffed — unlike the traditional flame method. But rest assured, they’re soft, layered, and authentic in taste and texture— just made cleaner and faster.

Can I use multigrain, jowar, or nachni flour in Rotimatic?

Multigrain and fiber-rich atta are fully supported and work smoothly with Rotimatic. However, jowar, bajra, and nachni (ragi) are not available yet — we’re currently testing them for consistent performance. These flours will be rolled out gradually.

Can Rotimatic Next make gluten-free rotis?

Yes! Rotimatic Next is specifically designed to work with various gluten-free flours including almond flour, sorghum flour, and brown rice flour, making it perfect for those with gluten sensitivities or dietary preferences.

An internet connection is needed for setup, updates, and support, but once set up, daily roti-making works even offline.

Will it fit in my kitchen?

Yes. Rotimatic is compact — about the size of a microwave:

Rotimatic Next has been designed with modern kitchens in mind. You'll need a counter space of 28cm in width, 46.5cm in depth, and 37cm in height. The machine should be placed on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation around it.

Is the machine noisy?

No — the latest version of Rotimatic operates with minimal noise.

While the first version received some feedback for being a bit loud during kneading, we’ve since made major improvements to the internal motor and sound insulation. Today, it runs quietly — so you can comfortably cook, talk, or work while it’s running in the background.

Is cleaning the machine difficult?

Not at all. Cleaning takes less than 5 minutes, with no tools needed.

Only 3 main parts require daily rinsing:
